PHAB Documentation Workshop
LHDs are invited to bring a team of up to 5 people to spend the day working hands-on to prepare documentation for PHAB and receive individualized technical assistance and support.

About the event
This event is for those health departments still working on initial accreditation or those who have limited experience with PHAB documentation. PHAB will provide a plenary session about how to prepare documentation for the best results. LHDs may bring a team of up to 5 people to work on their own documentation and receive individual technical assistance and support. LHDs will then work individually on their documentation. Participants are asked to bring a laptop and copies of measures and cover sheets they have been working on with their team.
