About the event
The Top 3 training needs identified through the ALC survey earlier this year are:
- How to establish PM as part of the health department's daily work.
- How to implement the PM system across the entire health department.
- How to use data to facilitate continuous quality improvement (CQI) and link to the QI Plan.
During this session, we will focus on how to hardwire performance management into daily health department operations (e.g., resuming PM activities post-pandemic) or needing to grow beyond the basic PM system implemented to achieve initial accreditation. We will also highlight how some LHDs have tackled or overcome these common challenges to implementing PM.
Coffee, soft drinks & water will be provided. A box lunch can be purchased for $20 when you register. A parking pass is required to park at the Fawcett Center and will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
