About the event
Ohio Local Health Departments (LHDs) are required to submit an Annual Financial Report (AFR) to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). The data used for the AFR is based on the Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS) and is collected using an assessment tool filled out by LHDs. This webinar will provide a step-by-step instruction for how to complete the tool if you are a new user. However, it is also a good refresher for those who have completed the tool in the past. The webinar will be recorded.
