Costing of FPHS: Overview, Q&A
This will be an overview and Q&A for how to complete the FY2023 Costing of FPHS tool for local health departments. FPHS are the Foundational Public Health Services. Data from the spreadsheet will be needed to submit the required Annual Financial Report (AFR) to the Ohio Department of Health.

This is a follow-up to the walk-through of the Costing of FPHS spreadsheet Webinar held on January 30, 2024. It is intended as a how-to for those who have never completed the spreadsheet, but also serves as a great refresher for those who have completed it in previous years. There will also be plenty of time alloted for those currently working on their spreadsheets who have questions.
