Costing of FPHS and AFR - Overview
This will be an overview of how to complete the FY2023 Costing of FPHS tool for Ohio local health departments. FPHS are the Foundational Public Health Services. Data from the spreadsheet will be needed to submit the required Annual Financial Report (AFR) to the Ohio Department of Health.
