How to Get Involved

Local input is ESSENTIAL to this project.

There are a number of ways for you to get involved.

  1. Take the Ohio Voluntary Accrediation survey. It is intended to gather data from across the state for use in drafting Ohio's accreditation standards. The survey only takes 10 minutes to complete and will help us understand the quality improvements in your local health department.
  2. Participate in one of the forums being held across the state.
